Just in case you haven’t had enough Zumba this week, Angela, Adriana and I are doing a FREE Zumba demo at Nomar tonight at 9 PM. Come join us!

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up about a FREE Zumba demo at NoMar CDC tonight starting at 7 PM.  Your instructors will be Raquel Aguilar and Pamela Buffington.  If you’ve never tried a Zumba Fitness class before, this is your chance to try it and see what you’re missing.
